At Pure Joy Cookies, all our products are freshly baked and perishable in nature. Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy, with limited exceptions as outlined below.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered.
This is because our cookies are food items and cannot be resold once shipped.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Taste preferences or personal liking

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Exceptions)

We will provide a replacement or partial/full refund only if:

  • You received a damaged product, OR

  • You received a wrong item

To claim:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Order details

👉 Claims without proof may not be accepted.

4. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

  • We will either:

    • Send a replacement, OR

    • Issue a refund, depending on availability

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is processed or baked, it cannot be cancelled
